1.将牛腱子肉清洗干净切成大块

11.盖好盖子,轻触液晶显示屏区域以激活功能键

12.依次设置为:牛羊肉类--焖炖--压力50pa--定时30分钟,按“开始/收汁提味”键启动程序

14.取出内胆放凉(可在其内浸泡剥壳的鸡蛋一同进行卤制)

15.放入冰箱冷藏过夜

16.第二天将肉汤一起倒入炒锅中煮开焖炖5分钟

17.关火后取出牛肉放凉即可取部分切片食用,其余可放入卤汁中浸泡冷藏保存
小窍门&温馨提示
1. 使用家里的普通压力锅制作的时候,按照平常的习惯设定的时间即可;
2. 注意一定要冷切啊,还没凉透的时候容易切散
